There were two interviews. The first one was the HR interview conducted by the HR manager. The second one was an interview with the department heads. Both were related to background and previous experience.

Interview
I got the interview call letter through one of Consulting services and as well as from SBG. The first interview was a written test to prove our aptitude. It was an objective type QA, it includes GK also. Then the HR face to face interview if we got selected then the salary discussion.
