The initial interview was great. Standard screening and interview process was conducted. After the first round, they shortlisted me. And, provided a TPM assignment which was to test my skills from depth. It took almost 1 week to complete the assignment to deliver the best product with my skills. After several days, they just mailed I'm on their list of final shortlisted candidates, but their TPM position is on hold and will be available on February 2025. I'm not sure if it's industry norm, but it wasn't quite a good experience for me.
