I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Scale Media in Sep 2022
Interview
They had me do 6 different rounds of interviews, and an assignment. It was an incredible waste of time, the recruitment was slow to respond after each new round for feedback, updates, or next steps. Incredibly repetitive due to me needing to speak with so many people and each one needed my background and had similar questions for me.

Question 1
Standard interview questions, it was also very repetitive because of the number of people I spoke with.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scale Media in Feb 2025
Interview
I interviewed with Scale Media and moved through a few rounds. I received great feedback during the interviews and was told I would hear back, either way, as to what the next steps would be. After not hearing back for over a week, I reached out twice and received no response. Shortly after I saw the job was reposted. While I can understand if I was not a good fit, "ghosting" and ignoring a candidate after taking up some of their time and energy is completely unprofessional and telling of how the company operates. It doesn't take much to communicate a "no".

Question 1
What are the methodologies you have worked most with?
I was being interviewed for 2 different positions per their request.
The process is simple but intense a little. Was definitely expecting a different outcome, but its alright. Wish others the best.
