first they will call you for a screening round which is done usually through telephone and if you clear that you proceed ahead with the personal interview round where they ask you basic questions about yourself and then give you a situation and ask you to make a sales pitch

They gave a scenario in which they said a client is least interested in buying a product, how will you convince them to buy it
how the product is better than its competitors

Interview
It took too long. HRs don't respond at all. They just ghost you after a while. No proper response and constructive feedback regarding the same. Reviews aren't good as well in terms of work culture.

Interview
There were 3 rounds of interview. The first one was on call with the HR with basic personal questions then with the senior fellows in the Sales and Marketing Department.
Overall it was good, all they seek in you is good communication and persuasive skills.
