Smooth, not pushy, and straight forward and was an easy process. I could definitely feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. The questions weren't bad either. The interview lasted for about 35 minutes and then a second interview took place the next day and it was very short and brief. I enjoyed it. I got hired on and never looked back to my old jobs. The interview process was great.
