I was interviewed by my area manager on the phone to see if I had interest in sales. I was asked to make a list of people that were possible sales. We then set a date when he could come down and do sales calls with me for a day.

Demo Video followed by online interview with District manager. She will tell you a lot about the company and their business model. They will assure you of someone training you when you start work and you will be for the most part, the only sales person for your territory.

Interview
The process was vary straight forward ,through a few phone calls a lot of the process was professional. They did there back ground checks , and they set a meeting with a district Rep and went through what they were looking for . After that it was up to Schaeffers to compile what they had and make a decision to hire me or not .

Like any interview they look into what your work history is to see how qualified you will be to do the work needed done with success.
Phone call- Phone Interview- In-Person Interview. Talked with hiring manager for about 20 minutes before getting offered a phone interview with the company. After the phone interview I was required to pay all expenses and travel 180 miles one way- no expenses paid- for an in-person interview
