They didn't respond after that very unprofessional behaviour from the Hr.Never apply for such companies they wont even consider you if you are not from Mumbai and with the salary they are proving you can only live in streets
Extremely efficient interview process. An assignment followed by an interview basis the said assignment. Was taken by my immediate reporting manager and the senior manager. It was short and not tedious.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Schbang (Mumbai) in Jan 2022
Interview
My interview process was a good experience consisting of few rounds
1- Call with the HR and setting up a date for a video call with the VP of the department (conversation was short and sweet)
2- Live video call with the VP of the department (She was very sweet and understand, had a good talk with her)
3- Assignment test ( has to be submitted in 2 days, consists of a set of 10 questions to test your ability for the role)
4- Live interview with the group manager (Got a bit technical at this stage, questions asked were based on handling of SM and what would i do to help the brand improve. Come prepared with good knowledge of the field you would be working on at this stage)
5- Call from senior talents manager to let me know i have been selected for the job (Salary details and negotiations done at this stage)
