HR call > Assignment > Team leader call. Took around 3+ weeks, but if you have your basics clear, you can get into the company. I had a great time working on the assignment, but maybe the compensation could be better
The selection process was straightforward and smooth. First, I had a telephonic interview where I was asked basic technical and behavioral questions. After clearing that, I gave an online assessment focused on logical reasoning and programming basics. Once I successfully cleared the assessment, I received the offer letter shortly after. The entire journey was quick and efficient, making it a great experience for me as a fresher stepping into the professional world.
