Interview
I met with the COO and his daughter in law who runs the charter division of the company. It was very informal and I learned very little about what my role would be as a dispatcher. They were vey upbeat and friendly and made me feel like I was joining a company that really cared about their employee's and they would be there for me should I need help or have any questions once my employment began on 04.01.16.

Question 1
How much money would it take for me to come to work for them. I threw out a price and I received a counter offer. I accepted the counter offer, but was told if I got a good review after 90 days of employment, they would increase my salary to the original amount I requested to come to work for them.
