Interview
I would give zero stars if possible. This was by far the most disorganized recruitment process I have experienced. I applied for an internship and was interviewed. Three weeks later, I passed through to a second round and was asked about scheduling. After I submitted my availability, I was ghosted. I followed up and was notified that the hiring manager got promoted and that I would be followed up with "shortly." After three months, another person from their HR team emailed and said that they decided to change the internship title changed by one word, expressing that I would be scheduled for another interview if I was still interested in the position. I never heard back again, and after 4 months in total, I was notified that I got rejected (saying that the change in the position title was the reason why I was rejected). I already received a better offer, and it was laughable that they thought I would still be interested after a four month long process. It was completely disrespectful, a waste of time, and I would advise other prospective applicants to stay away from this failing company. It's clear that they have internal issues

I applied online. I interviewed at Schonfeld (New York, NY) in Apr 2025
Interview
Two interviews, one was a first basic interview, pretty short. The second was a long interview but the technical questions were fair and the people seemed genuinely interested in what I had accomplished/knew.
