Had an initial interview and was told I’d be moving on to a second. Then—nothing. No follow-up, no closure, just silence. Now I see the role has been reposted. It’s one thing to be ignored after submitting an application. But to go through a conversation, be told you're advancing, and then get ghosted? That’s not just unprofessional—it’s disrespectful. And honestly, it says a lot about the internal culture.
