Phone interview went well the guy was amazing that called spent a while on the phone just discussing all kinds of things which set the tone for the company. The interview process went smooth and easy.
Long interview process 2-5 weeks, one initial phone interview, than another phone interview, then one 10 hour day ride along (which you don’t get paid) then another 2 phone interviews for a total of five interviews.

Very friendly and upfront about wages, hours, and expectations. Went over key points and goals for the company. Explained the process and what to expect if hired and the day to day operations and logistics.
