Offer 12-14.00 hr, for Help Desk Technician (Craigs list), btw average rate is atleast 15-16 for ANYWHERE else.
Go in fully qualified with 3+ years experience/certs practically overqualified for the position. Wouldn't talk about pay until the second interview, to which she was really reluctant to pay me 14.00/hr (or even discuss it) for a Help Desk tech. Wow! "Wait for second interview for details".
Get called 1 hour after interview (during the Solar Eclipse, excellent timing!) Get called in to "Shadow" for 2-4 hours before second interview (Wow! Unpaid training), laughed her off the phone, pretty much telling her how insulting that is when you are already undercutting the amount you pay for a Help Desk Technician.

Interview
They will call you once you apply through Craigslist. They will call you in. Ask you a bunch of technology related questions. Then let you go. If your lucky a month or 2 later they will call you in for a second interview. Then within a week they will give you a job offer. That is when the hurt really begins since you will get no training and unrealistic targets to meet. If your lucky ready this posting and don't even apply find another job elsewhere.
