Three rounds:
First - with a senior leadership 'call' that was a 45 minute video chat. Asked me basic questions on experience and background. Felt like a good conversation that was mostly a vibe check.
Second - with hiring manager and lateral team lead. About 5 more 'technical' and situational questions. Lasted one hour and was very thorough. Felt like they were engaged.
Third - with director and team member. Similar 'technical' and situational questions that felt like a formality from the previous round.
