Quite simple just a few competency questions and easy going style. The general process was pretty standard but it felt like they wanted a reason to say yes rather than no, which was nice.

One hour in person interview where Regional Director of the charity shop (dependent on location) asks series of questions about your experience and how you would deal with particular situations

Experience on managing volunteers and meeting sales targets. Also how you deal with customer complaints.

Interview
First you get a interview on the phone then get asked about coming in for a work trial then you get a formal interview which is pretty much the same as the phone call
Selby branch are lovely apart from the man that’s regional manager
