      Head Teller Interview

      Dec 10, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Edwardsville, IL
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Scott Credit Union (Edwardsville, IL) in Nov 2025

      Interview

There was some confusion and lack of communication along the way. I had applied for two positions at the same time so I got a first interview and then a week letter I got notification to sign up for another first interview. I reached out to the HR Rep I had interviewed with and she never got back to me. So, during the second first interview I asked her about it and she said she could use her old notes and we didn't have to do it again. My in-person interview went great. When I got the call about the offer I had asked about the pay rate it was lower than expected she said she would look into it and get back to me. The next day I emailed her and called her 4 times before I got ahold of her and she said she was still waiting for an answer. The next day towards the end of the day I still hadn't heard anything so I called her again and left a message. Shortly, after that I got an email with my offer letter, but she never called to explain what happened or anything. The HR Rep taking care of my onboarding has been great and keeping me up to date on what I need to do next. So overall the experience was ok but nerve raking during the waiting periods.

All though it was a longer process it has been pretty pleasurable. Jasmin worked with me every step of the way. There were several technical glitches but Jasmin helped me get back on tract.
