Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scout (UK) (London, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process with Scout was very straightforward and informative. Through 4 stages of interview I was given the oppotunity to speak with multiple team members, including (my now) Line Manager and the Founders of Scout, Adam and Ed. I was guided through the interview process, with tips and updates provided when needed, and found the team lead each stage in a a style that made me feel relaxed. In turn this allowed me to open up and ask lots of questions about the role at Scout.

Question 1
What experience do I have working in a 360 resourcing position?
The interview process at Scout was fun and enjoyable from start to finish. At each step I was made to feel super comfortable, it never felt like a formal interview! I met different Scout's across different teams, which really enabled me to get a good feel for the culture and Scout's people first attitude. For one of the stages, I was invited to take part in a Scout famous 'Souring Session', which was a great way for me to experience what a Talent Partner role would look like at Scout and the Scout way of doing things.
