They give you a long assignment that'll take hours to complete after 3 hours of interview with the team. The deadline is also quite tight, you're only given 3 days. The assignment is the business problems they're dealing with now so be careful with how much you're willing to share since they can take it and implement themselves.

Interview
From the beginning, Sepi the Hiring Manager was so pleasant to speak with. She was transparent and communicative throughout the process. Everyone I met was friendly, and much of the interviews felt conversational. Everything took about two weeks overall.
This is definitely a serious process. I met with the Hiring Manager, CEO, and several members of my team. They really want to make sure that you're the fit for the job. Do your homework and come prepared, but don't be afraid to be yourself. It's an excellent group of people.
