Lazy, unenthusiastic, condescending. It seemed that the woman interviewing me for the second round interview did not want to hire me the second we met. She shut down the entire interview, not asking any questions, but instead listing reasons why my resume was unqualified. She clearly did not look at my resume before the interview. Though my experience was applicable as I explained to her, it was less agency focused and she dismissed me.
