I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Seamless in Aug 2021
Interview
Reached out to by CEO via linkedin, phone call with recruiter, group zoom with sales talent recruiter, solo interview with director of talent, then COO. Every interview was great until the COO. She showed up 25 minutes late to a 10 minute zoom and talked for all of 2 minutes. How unprofessional is that? I was under the impression i had nailed the interviews, but I guess she was irritated that I informed the recruiter she wasn't in the interview and then she had to join. I mean if you ask someone to carve out 10 minutes for an interview, at least show up on time. Super unprofessional. But like I said, everyone I talked to before her was amazing.
Phone interview with SDR, then an interview with the COO. The COO was nearly 15 minutes late to the interview, which was slated to be 30 minutes long and ended after 5 minutes.
