3 rounds, they ask same qn.
They never update you if you are not selected or confused.
They may lie about quarterly review increment. Never give written offer before you join. No insurance for parents, no referral bonuses. CV may be sorted by freshers, sometimes fresher take experienced interviews. Very less experienced interviewers.

CEO will ask simple tricky probability qn.
