Seattle Jobs Initiative interview questions

Slow and seemingly undeliberate. Very slow to respond to communication. When asked about timelines, no one could give any idea if there would be contact in a week or a month.

I had a phone interview with their contracted HR representative and then a panel interview with 5 people from different areas of the organization. The phone screen was very standard and asked questions like, why do you think you are a good fit for this position, describe your past experience with managing projects, etc. The panel interview was a bit disorganized and it was clear that the panel was just reading questions off of a sheet and were not very invested in the responses. They asked me to role play negotiating with a partner company but they wanted me to play all of the roles so it wasn't a useful exercise.
