I applied online. I interviewed at Second Nature (UK)
Interview
Great and very well thought out interview process. Three step and very quick process - initial call were walked through experience, written task testing communication skills and final panel interview.

Question 1
What are your views on fats? What's the weirdest thing about you?
I applied through college or university. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Second Nature (UK) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview was in multiple parts. Part 1: Video recording with 5 questions (detailed below) Part 2: Coaching scenarios 30-mins (3 questions) An AI type experience where you're met with a user and have to answer their questions. Part 3: Phone interview Part 4: Digital panel interview with 3 members of staff The interview experience was all fine - more interesting than other companies but in the end, a massive waste of my time. The process started in June '21 and I had my final interview in September '21. They told me they were making "immediate hires" in the next month and gave me a start date. When I had a notice period (shocking, I know) they put me "on hold in a talent pool" and reassured me that I was at the top of their list. I'd hate to see how they treat people further down on the list. They said they would send regular updates (I got two overall, one in November and in March '22, prompted by me). They then emailed me 15 months after dangling a full-time job, offering me a fixed-term contract, and gave me 5 days to respond. I have since seen that they've released an AI health coach, which is probably what they were putting all of their money into instead of hiring the people who's time they wasted in the months prior. Why not just be honest and say you don't have any jobs available - or better yet, not waste everyone's time and by not interviewing in the first place if you haven't got the funds to pay them when they're successful? Beware.
