I had an initial screening call followed by L1 and L2 rounds within 1 week, and the interviewers were kind and professional throughout the process. However, the issue has been the lack of follow-up from HR. Despite multiple rounds and the time invested, there has been no update, which is disappointing. At the very least, candidates deserve a clear outcome—whether selected or rejected—after completing the interview process.
