      Interview

1st Round (1 Hour): Technical Questions: The interview began with a series of technical questions, likely aimed at assessing your depth of knowledge in relevant areas. Project-Related Questions: Following the technical queries, the interviewer delved into questions about your previous projects. This could involve discussing your role, challenges faced, and solutions implemented. Automation Skills Framework Explanation: You were likely asked to explain your proficiency with automation skills and frameworks. This may include discussing specific tools or methodologies you've used in the past. Language Used: The interviewer may have inquired about the programming languages you are proficient in, especially those relevant to the role. 2nd Round: Approach Regarding Script Writing: This round likely focused on your approach to writing scripts, perhaps in the context of a specific scenario provided by the interviewer. They may have been interested in understanding your problem-solving abilities and coding practices. 3rd Round (Director's Round, 20+ Years Experience): Illogical Questions: Despite the director's extensive experience, the questions asked were reportedly illogical and unrelated to the domain or role. This might have been frustrating or confusing, as they veered off-topic. Not Related to Domain: The questions didn't align with the job's domain, indicating a potential mismatch between the interviewer's focus and the requirements of the position. 5th Standard Maths: At one point, the director asked a question related to 5th-grade mathematics, which seemed disconnected from the interview's purpose and your qualifications.
