I responded to a help wanted ad. Shortly (about 2 days) after I submitted my resume I rec'vd a call from the main office asking me to come in for an interview. I went in for an interview; it was a panel style interview. There were 6 candidates and 3 people interviewing us all at the same time in one room. It was like a ping pong match of questions back and forth. After the interview was all said and done they only asked me to stay behind for further questions. I went in one on one with one of the Sales Managers. She pretty much offered me the job on the spot. I started about a week later at which point I was also drug tested.
