During the interview, there were 3 persons to interview me; 1 from HR, 2 from technical, and the lady boss was on the phone. That interview was smooth and steady, and I get offered within 1-2 days. However, they decided to withdraw the offer on the next day (I think it is because I asked too many questions which they think I am a cheapo?). Guys you may read the reviews from here or JobStreet, all of their employees, mostly ex employees are complaining about the management; micro management, stressful environments, crazy top tier management. And if you gets offer, please consider carefully as you might get yourselves into hell (2 months notice for resign, and you know there is something weird). And if you asked too much questions (just like me) they will just tell you that everything is written inside their employee handbook (ei hello, how am I know your company is good or not when you hiding all the ‘benefits’ from your letter of appointment). Just want to say thank you for withdrew the offer for not joining this poor company, so I got opportunity to join MNC with nicer review.
