There were 2 telephone interviews followed by a face to face interview. The whole process didn't take too long compared to other companies I have experienced. There was a "presentation" element to the interview. Make sure you get the branding right as they are hot on this. Overall a thorough process and I got the impression they do want their teams to gel. "Science knowledge" was not quizzed as much as I thought it would be but they do want to check your knowledge on the company. Consider reading a little on competitors too to demonstrate you understand the industry and how SelectScience is different.
