Single stage interview in person, after a phone interview. Conducted on site with the hiring manager and HR rep. About an hour long, but this could have been longer. Two week wait for feedback from the recruiter, who was an external person.

A range of capability based questions. Asked a number of questions about Agile processes, but could tell me basic things about how they ran agile in their company.
