I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sema4 in Mar 2020
Interview
Applied online then had a call with the HR contact - very basic. Then had a video call with 3 scientist, which was bit unprofessional as they all had their cameras off, while mine was on. Did the in person interview which was full day- back to back. Some interviewers were just rude, no HR was involved, but it went very well. No follow up or response from HR contact or hiring manager to my emails up to a month after, then told me they were delayed because of debrief (red flags- if they take that long to debrief).
Wasn’t selected but the HR contact proposed I interview with another team. I immediately declined continuing talks with them.
The interview was good, the interviewer are friendly, and good to communicate. I made a presentation about a project I did for statistics, and got follow up questions. They asked about GWAS, FDR and relative knowledge.
