The interview process is for entry level position (business analyst). You can only become Business manager after growing within the company. For business analyst position, the interview is happening in 4 rounds. The first one is a general interview on the candidate motivation, interest and understanding of digital marketing. His/her business mindset and analytical mindset is also tested through small cases and situational questions. The second round consists of a business case to solve at home where the candidate receives lots of data and has to organise them in a presentation and retrieve as much insights from it as possible. During the third round the candidate has to present his/her case, and go through additional business, analytical and situational questions. Round 4 is a confirmation round and similar to the second part of round 3
