Overall choppy. First round was complicated TA did not know time zone differences. Second round of interviews was with a group, mostly driven by 1 person and the rest seemed indifferent and resistant to this role. Lack of organization and preparation was clear in the call.

How do you handle teams in different zones? What technologies have you deployed in the Salesforce platform? How many coding languages do you know? Do you write code? How do you deal with poor performing teams? (the team was in the call!)
