The second round was with my future manager and the HR manager. It felt more like a friendly chat than a formal interview — all the questions were focused on my experience, with no tricky or stressful ones thrown in. Then came the third interview with my potential teammates. It was such a great chance to ask questions and hear more about the projects they’re working on. Everyone was open and welcoming. Finally, I had a conversation with the VP — again, super friendly and down-to-earth. There was no sense of hierarchy or distance, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and well-organized. I was always kept in the loop about the next steps, and I got feedback quickly after each round. What really surprised me was how genuinely kind and approachable everyone was. No stress, no exhausting tests, no weird curveball questions — just honest conversations. Even when it came to the offer, the team called me to go over everything and made sure I had no unanswered questions. They really went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Truly an amazing experience from start to finish!
