Sense interview questions

Applied to volunteer at Hinckley online and they took a month to invite me for an interview. I took time to prepare and research for the interview. My reception was incredibly poor. Upon arrival I stated I had come for an interview. No one had expected my arrival and the person I spoke to was very dismissive didnt say hello and just pointed twice towards the person who was doing my interview. I was initially confused as obviously I didnt know who or what the person looked like. The interviewer was not even expecting me which was not very nice, as it shows lack of preparation and is not very welcoming. The interviewer eventually said hello to me finally and introduced me to the person who I had just had the joy of meeting. I had the interview and while the interviewer was nice and the interview was an informal walk through of casual questions. she wrote down when she would contact me which was the 22nd of March and I was never contacted. Very poor display of behaviour from these two individuals.

1:1, 20 minute, telephone based screening call with recruiting director. Was presented beforehand as being casual but then competency based questions were answered. This charity claims to offer a guaranteed interview to disabled candidates who meet the essential criteria, but I was not offered a full interview.
