Had 1 screening interview and didn’t hear back until 5 days later. Then was emailed by the recruiter to ask if I would be comfortable being extra flexible and available with work hours to the point where it could affect work life balance. But before I could respond I got a separate email less than 24 hours later saying they were going with other candidates. To me, it felt a bit uncoordinated and messy, which is a reflection of how they may operate as a business overall.

Overall very nice recruiting experience. First interview is with a recruiter, telling about your experience, including examples of products you worked on. Speaking about your experience with AI. Second interview with one of the PM directors. The interview is around your experience, products you worked on, how you measured success etc.
