I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sensibill (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2019
Interview
Applied through a referral. I was quickly contacted by HR for a phone screening. I was scheduled for an interview on the same phone call. The interview had three stages: A "technical culture interview," a "technical interview," and a "culture fit interview." The technical culture interview entailed going over things in my resume and talking about tech I've used on various projects. The technical interview was three whiteboard questions. Any first-year CS student would be able to crush all three questions. I didn't find an optimal solution for the third one, but I did solve it. By the third interview, I was pretty tired. It was a sit down with the CTO and two others.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sensibill (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was very professional, however, the interviewer did not make you feel uncomfortable. There were a mix of technical and non technical questions. Examples are done on a laptop. You have the preference to use linux or Mac computers.
