      Marketing Interview

      Sep 15, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SensorFlow

      Interview

Received an email with a calendar schedule invite for a phone call. Spoke to a junior/intern like person with a phoney/pretentious accent who proceeds to read off questions rather interrogative question that didn't really allow the candidate to explain themselves. Wished they could have a professional HR/talent conduct this instead. Very painful and awkward interview - thank goodness it was short. The culture from interacting with this person seemed ‘superficial’... didn’t seem interested in you or your story or what you can offer. Read Glassdoor reviews and honestly looks like most of the positive ones are forced/written as a PR effort...

      Feb 20, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SensorFlow in Feb 2024

      Interview

Someone from HR reached out & asked for a short call to discuss further. While discussing about the timing, suddenly She went missing & out of nowhere she sent an invitation without asking if im okay with it, luckily i was fine with it. When the day came, i was one call and she wasnt there & told me she got an emergency. Then re-schedule again, On the day itself i was on the call she was late about 15minutes and told me that actually the role have been filled up. so not professional, she had wasting my time for almost 3 weeks to let me know that the role is been filled up, next time just mentioned in the mail. I don't see the professionalism in this company.

We strive to maintain a transparent, respectful, and efficient hiring process for every candidate. We understand the importance of your time and deeply regret that the communication and scheduling fell short of your expectations. We want to highlight that our efforts to reschedule were done with the intent to accommodate your availability and requests. Moreover, as we communicated both verbally and via email, our aim was always to honor our commitment to meet with you, respecting the time that had been scheduled in our calendars.
