Remote interview focusing on the clients specific requirements and Sensee values, also focused on the uniqueness of working from home and making sure I understood the companies requirements and ensuring having suitable office space

very easy, quick and efficient interview process, and responded on the same day with a successful result. They just asked what you knew about the company, your previous customer service experience (good and bad), and how you handled it. most of the interview time is spent doing a mini presentation on your job role
