Had a brief phone interview with a recruiter then had an in person interview with the office manager and 3 people from Sentara HR. Got offered the position roughly a week later. Then had to complete background check, health screening and submit references. I started orientation roughly a month after the initial interview.

The hiring process was great. The administrator was educated and professional. The facility was very presentable and the office staff was very welcoming. The interview was straight to the point and quick.
