I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sentara Health (Woodbridge, VA) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was a brief phone call and once the interview was set, meeting with a group of charge nurses where they all ask you a few questions. They were mostly scenario questions like how would you react with angry patients and de-escalating a situation. They also asked how would you prioritize tasks during busier times or when urgent orders are placed.
