The application process consisted of a general phone screen and an interview with the hiring manager. I wouldn't interview with them again due to lack of candidate transparency. I was initially excited about the opportunity to join such a up and coming organization, especially when I clearly demonstrated my skills and fit for the role. At the end of the interview, the hiring manager assured an offer was forthcoming. After following up 2 weeks after my interview and the following month afterwards, I never got a response back from my interview. I assumed the worst thereafter. I don't value this company the same in light of this recent experience. If you enjoy being ghosted and having your promises broken, this is the right company for you.
