Conversation with manager of the team that was followed by a competency test. Competency test was fun, might be challenging for some. Overall, it was a friendly and professional interview experience.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me saying they needed to hire 2-3 EAs within two months. I interviewed for their first round and questions were so long drawn out and didn't ask much about behavioral questions. For a 30min timeframe of the interview, they took 15 mins explaining themselves and the role which gives you little to no time left to tell them about yourself and ask questions at the end. I do not recommend.
