After 4 interviews with HR, Team Lead, Department Director and Country Manager and a reference check I was rejected by a no-reply, automatied email that did not contain my name with the reasoning that another candidate had a specific skill, This showed disrespect and lack of consideration regarding candidates as they knew from the first interview that I did not have said skill. Unfortunate that they reached out to my references.
