I applied for their contractor position because the job posting only mentioned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They emailed me a skills assessment and mentioned it would include PHP ... ok, I'm familiar with the basics, no problem. Well, the PHP section included advanced/database questions that I was not able to answer. Got an email a week later indicating they were going with other candidates which was fine with me. What they need is a fullstack developer. If they can't properly set applicant expectations, I can only imagine how actual work expectations are handled.
