The interview was down to the point. Very professional. I was found by an agency and invited to 1:1 meeting with CEO at the Company. Have you read that advice not to pick up a call from a recruiter when you are on a holiday or in a situation that you cannot carry the conversation w/o challenges ... well, I did totally opposite ;) whenever the recruiter was calling I was in an extremely uncomfortable situation, at a playground with my baby or at the hospital. Every single time the recruiter was patient and had loads of empathy and did fantastic during the calls. That was why I decided to continue and meet with the CEO. He was down to the point and knew exactly what he wanted from an HR Manager; and that's how he bought me ;)
