My recent experience interviewing for a senior-level position with this company was disappointing and did not meet the standards I expect for executive recruitment. The process lacked the structure and standardization necessary to effectively evaluate a senior candidate, and the interview questions did not reflect the seniority of the role.
Most concerning was the lack of follow-through: I was explicitly informed by the Colombian recruiting team that I would be moving forward to a testing stage, but that step was never delivered. Despite my interest, the lack of communication and follow-up was unprofessional. I would suggest that the recruitment team re-evaluate their candidate management process to ensure a more cohesive and respectful experience.
