I applied online and got a call for an interview one week later. The interview was scheduled for the day after the phone call. The interview had two parts. The first was a typical face to face interview with three staff members. The second part was an "exercise" where I was given some materials to read, along with a scenario, and asked to write a few paragraphs on how I would help the client in the scenario.
