Took two weeks. No offer, but overall a pleasant experience. Everyone was kind, but make sure you are prepared for a lengthy interview, about a full hour of mostly me talking.
Great interview but the environment is nosey . The non-profit is growing but they can benefit from more structure . The non-profit is mostly occupied by millennials and first -time workers
I applied online. I interviewed at Share Food Program (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Phone screening for 30 mins with a recruiter and invited to interview. Came in on time. I waited for 20-30mins while everyone walked around me. Finally greeted but no acknowledgment for the time wasted. The interview was more like an interrogation than an interview. Of course, I got ghosted. Candidacy experience 2/5 stars.
