Interview
It was really quick and efficient process. I had a phone screen with the COO, and then 1.5 hours of in-person interviews with the CEO, Director of Sales, Office Manager & SDR. I then came back in for a face-to-face with the COO. It was really clear along each step of the way and they team communicated really well. The interviews were more like conversations, and the team made you feel really relaxed.

Interview
The process was great. It wasn't scattered or all over the place, they have a good process in place and stick to it. Beginning with a phone interview so they can assess basic personality/talking skills. Then an in person where you meet the rest of the team. They do a good job of having the right people interview you, because this is a small team, so both you and Shareroot want to make sure this is a match. They make you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
