Interview
The interview was conducted on an individual basis and was structured yet conversational. The interviewer focused on understanding both my background and my potential contribution, asking what value I could bring to the organisation and what I hoped to learn from the role. There were also questions relating to my CV, which allowed me to elaborate on my previous experiences, skills, and responsibilities. Overall, the interview felt engaging and thoughtful, providing an opportunity to discuss my goals while demonstrating how my experience aligns with the position.
A list of questions asked, with 4 partners in the room. Not selected by them. They asked you general questions about your hobbies and why you study law. Just be prepared and confident when you are answering.
Submitted application and received an invitation to attend an interview. Reached the firm, waited for my turn in a room with almost 20 other candidates. Then I was interviewed by 3 senior partners, you are expected to know why you are here, and know how to carry the conversation well
